C&S Cleaning Services is based in Sutton and is a vetted, registered member of the Federation of Master Cleaners. We clean the communal areas of residential blocks across South West London and Surrey for managing agents, landlords and freeholders.
Our cleaners are DBS checked and work to whichever schedule the block needs: daily, weekly or fortnightly.
We don't tie clients into long-term contracts. Every new block starts on a trial period, and you decide afterwards whether to continue.

Three stages from your first enquiry to a block cleaned on a fixed schedule.
Tell us about your block
Call, email or send the enquiry form with the block's address, number of floors and how often you need it cleaned. We then visit to walk the communal areas with you. The visit is free and there's no obligation.
Agree the specification and the price
We write down exactly which areas are cleaned, which tasks are done on every visit and which are periodic, then quote against it. The quote is fixed, itemised and has nothing hidden in it.
Your cleans start on a fixed day
Your block is given a set cleaning day and, wherever possible, the same cleaner each visit. There is no long-term contract. You start with a trial period and continue only if you want to.
How the standard is kept up
Cleaning to the specification is the job; checking it is a separate piece of work. We carry out our own inspections of every block we clean and stay in direct contact with the managing agent, so anything that slips is picked up by us rather than reported by a resident.

Yes, all our cleaning teams arrive fully equipped with all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning products.
We offer daily, weekly and fortnightly (every two weeks) cleaning schedules. Schedules are fixed and confirmed in advance, and can be adjusted as your block's needs change.
Yes, litter picking and general cleaning of car park areas is included as part of our standard external cleaning service.
Depending on the size of the block, we typically send between 1 and 3 cleaners to ensure the job is completed thoroughly and efficiently.
We do not invoice after each clean. We bill at the end of each month. Payments via bank transfer are preferred.
We aim to send the same cleaner to your block every visit, so they learn its layout and access arrangements. If they are unwell or on leave we send a cover cleaner who works to the same written specification for your block.
No, we do not engage clients in long-term contracts. We recommend starting with a trial period. You can reschedule, skip, or book additional sessions at any time.
We will provide an honest quote dependent on the amount and frequency of work required.
Every visit includes sanitising the high-touch points: door handles, lift buttons, intercom panels and light switches. All cleaners are COSHH trained in the safe use and dilution of cleaning products, and each block has a written method statement and risk assessment in place.
