C&S Cleaning Services was set up for block managers and freeholders who want communal cleaning they don't have to supervise. That means a fixed cleaning day, a written specification, and problems reported to the managing agent rather than discovered by residents.

We work across South West London and Surrey, in buildings from six-flat conversions to multi-storey developments. The approach is the same in each: agree what gets cleaned and how often, then do it on the agreed day.

What you can hold us to

These apply to every block we clean, from a six-flat conversion to a daily-clean development.

We turn up on the agreed day: Each block has a fixed cleaning day and, wherever possible, the same cleaner. If a visit ever has to move, we tell the managing agent in advance.
Every visit follows the specification: The same tasks are done to the same standard each time. We inspect our own blocks rather than waiting for a complaint.
Problems are reported, not left: Anything outside the cleaning scope, such as a failed light, a damaged stair tread or an obstructed escape route, goes to the managing agent the same day.
The price is fixed and itemised: No hidden fees and no long-term lock-in. Every new block starts on a trial period.
Products are used safely: Cleaners are COSHH trained in the safe use and dilution of cleaning products, and each block has a written method statement and risk assessment.
We work around residents: Pushchairs, scooters and deliveries left in corridors are cleaned around, not moved. Anything blocking an escape route is reported.
