You do not have to be a block cleaning client to book one, but block clients get first call on short-notice slots because we are already on site.
The flat needs to be empty of furniture, belongings and rubbish before we arrive. A clean around a tenant's remaining possessions is not an end of tenancy clean and will not hold up at check-out.
We also need working electricity, hot water and access. If the property is not clear on the day we will tell you rather than half-do it, and rebook.
Included as standard: oven, hob and extractor degreased; fridge, freezer and washing machine cleaned inside and out, including seals, drawers and filters. The freezer needs to be defrosted and switched off beforehand, because we cannot clean ice.
Integrated appliances are cleaned in place. We do not pull out or disconnect anything plumbed or wired in.
